Refund Policy
As these are perishable goods, refunds and returns will only be accepted on the day of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at 07 3282 7444 or hello@flame.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be delivered to the following address: 19 Limestone St, Ipswich, QLD, 4305
FLAME will endeavour to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, providing FLAME is notified of the problem within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that FLAME has control over. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
